Arrival: from 3 p.m. on
Departure: before 10 a.m.
We will provide a free children’s bed for guests with offspring aged 0 to 3. This free extra bed is available for all room categories.
In case you need a children’s bed, please, indicate that under “Booking requests” when booking or contact us in advance via telephone +49 381 4567-3930 or email wirotelmittelmole@WIRO.de.
There is a locked and fenced bicycle stand right next to the building – exclusively for WIROtel guests. You can charge your E-bike batteries at the WIROtel – please, contact the reception.
For persons with impairments or limited mobility we will be pleased to book a low barrier room. We kindly ask you to contact us for booking – Tel. +49 381 4567-3930; Email wirotelmittelmole{at}WIRO.de.
Store your clothes and valuables safely. Free of charge lockers are available on floor 1 and 7. You will receive the fitting padlock for a deposit at our reception.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
Your car is in good hands on one of our chargeable 30 parking lots located directly at the house. No parking places available? Then you can change for the WIRO parking spaces “Am Bahnhof” und “Auf der Mittelmole”. Related prices are provided here.
We accept EC cards and credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or VPay – when your booking was made within the last 14 days. For long-term reservations we expect your bank transfer up to 14 days before arrival.
Chargeable snack and drinks machines are available at our lounge on the ground floor.
There are numerous restaurants, bakery shops, snack bars and groceries around the WIROtel Mittelmole and throughout Warnemuende.
We are sorry, but your pet cannot visit our place.
Our receptionists are available around the clock. You can reach them by telephone in case they walk around the house.
There is a lockable drying room at our house which can be used free of charge for your neoprene suits and boards.
The beds will be covered with sheets when you arrive. In case you wish to replace the bedclothes during your stay, these can be rented for 5 Euros and put on by you.
Towels for our guests are included in the offer and are changed every 3 days, unless departure is on the 4th day.
Sports groups and apprentices are asked to bring their own bedclothes and towels. Alternatively, these can be lend from us for a loan charge of 5 Euros.
There is a visitor’s tax per day at the seaside resort Warnemuende to be paid as surcharge to your accommodation price. Related information are available at https://www.rostock.de/gaestecard.html
